The patented version of the flail mower with gear transmission reduces the overall width of the machine and increases the power transmission efficiency by 4 %. This allows the flail mower to operate at a higher working speed, ensures greater durability and reduces fuel consumption.

The innovative solution with gear transmission is featured in the MU 300 GT and the MU 330 GT, which, in combination with the new MU2Z GT, provides a total working width of 9.9 meters. Thanks to the standard integrated hydraulic suspension and collision protection, combined with a larger rotor and double the number of flails, the machine achieves a higher throughput of mulching material through the housing and enables higher working speeds with lower fuel consumption.
